Terrible: Mother Awakes To Find Nude Burglar In Bed With 10-Year-Old Son!

A 25-year-old man was denied bond at his first appearance Monday morning, after a mom allegedly found him nude in bed with her 10-year-old son. Prosecutors filed for a pre-trial detention, and a hearing is scheduled for Thursday to determine if the state has enough evidence to hold him. According to the booking log, police arrested Ernest Reed Johnson at 8:30 Sunday morning, about four hours after they were initially called. Police initially responded to a burglary call near N. 22nd Street and E. Rampart around 4:34 Sunday morning. Upon arrival, the boy's mother told police how she had found the burglar in bed with her son and that the man had jumped out the window he forcibly entered once discovered. The K9 police unit was able to track down Johnson and arrest him. Johnson does not appear to be registered in the state sex offender database. He's been charged with lewd and lascivious molestation, burglary of an occupied dwelling and possession of burglary tools. Posted By PSmooth
