25-Year-Old Female Teacher Spared Jail For Having Sex With 16-Year-Old Student After Prom Party!

"A former Brazosport ISD teacher won’t be going to prison for having sex with a 16-year-old student. Nikki Scherwitz pleaded guilty to having an inappropriate relationship with a student and was sentenced to 10 years probation. She was also fined $5,000. Scherwitz resigned from her job at Brazosport High School last year when she was questioned about the relationship.
