| Cell phone video appears to show a city officer trying to move a crowd from in front of a McDonald’s on Howard Street. The police officer is being investigated after the video exposed his attempt to bully an innocent man. Had the camera not been recording the police interaction of 19-year-old Antonio Moore, a jury would have most assuredly convicted him of the charges he faces for being assaulted by a cop. After he had been punched in the face, Moore was then arrested and charged with second-degree assault and disorderly conduct. The video is the latest in a string of caught-on-camera incidents that have called into question officers’ behavior, including an incident where a cop was caught on camera punching a man near a bus stop.
