Terrible: Intoxicated Texas Mom Accused Of Leaving 7-Year-Old Daughter In Dumpster Overnight!
 | A Texas mother was arrested after allegedly leaving her 7-year-old daughter in a dumpster near a spa overnight, Dallas police said Monday. Investigators discovered that the 28-year-old mother left King Spa on Saturday night after being kicked out for bringing alcohol into the business, which is against their policy, the statement said. The spa’s manager told CNN affiliate KTVT that the woman was intoxicated. After leaving the spa, the two climbed into a dumpster in the area because Carroll thought the police had been called and were running after them, according to Dallas police. At some point, Carroll allegedly left the scene, leaving her daughter alone in the dumpster the rest of the night. The girl managed to climb out on her own after spending roughly 10 hours by herself in the dumpster, the television station reported. When she was found Sunday morning walking back to the spa, the 7-year-old was hungry, thirsty and dirty, and had some scrapes on her arms and legs, but was otherwise OK. According to police, Carroll could not remember anything the next morning after the incident. She was arrested and charged with child abandonment, Dallas police said. Her bond was set at $25,000. Mother Charged With Second-Degree Murder In Death Of Toddler At Midtown Restaurant "The Devil Made Me Do It"
 | A woman was charged Tuesday in the death of her 1-year-old son who was found unconscious a day earlier in the bathroom of a midtown Manhattan restaurant. Latisha Fisher, 35, faces charges of second-degree murder in the death of Gavriel Ortiz-Fisher. She is scheduled to be arraigned Tuesday. Fisher had a painful expression but said nothing to reporters as police led her out of the Midtown South Precinct station house in handcuffs Tuesday morning, CBS2’s Janelle Burrell reported. She and her son were found in the bathroom at 5 Boro Burger on Sixth Avenue near 36th Street at about 2:45 p.m. Monday. Police say a worker at the restaurant became concerned after noticing that the woman and child were in the bathroom for an unusual amount of time. The worker entered the bathroom, saw the boy unconscious on the woman’s lap and called 911. When asked what she was doing, the woman allegedly said, “I put my hand over his mouth to put him to sleep,†WCBS 880’s Marla Diamond reported Monday. “Hear a little commotion in the corner, get up, see boy sitting there, like, kind of unresponsive looking,†said Chris Coffee, a witness who was inside 5 Boro Burger after the boy was removed from the bathroom. “Staff is talking about how this woman’s in the bathroom, and how she won’t come out; she’s locked herself in.â€Sources said the boy’s mother later said, “The devil made me do it.†Gavriel died before emergency crews could get him to the hospital, Burrell reported. Terrible: Mother Awakes To Find Nude Burglar In Bed With 10-Year-Old Son!
 | A 25-year-old man was denied bond at his first appearance Monday morning, after a mom allegedly found him nude in bed with her 10-year-old son. Prosecutors filed for a pre-trial detention, and a hearing is scheduled for Thursday to determine if the state has enough evidence to hold him. According to the booking log, police arrested Ernest Reed Johnson at 8:30 Sunday morning, about four hours after they were initially called. Police initially responded to a burglary call near N. 22nd Street and E. Rampart around 4:34 Sunday morning. Upon arrival, the boy's mother told police how she had found the burglar in bed with her son and that the man had jumped out the window he forcibly entered once discovered. The K9 police unit was able to track down Johnson and arrest him. Johnson does not appear to be registered in the state sex offender database.  | A California Highway Patrol officer rescued an allegedly intoxicated driver who appeared to be passed out in the driver’s seat while on a busy San Diego area freeway, according to a report.
