Dopehouse, meet up-and-coming artist Kevin Sinatra, hailing from the DMV. Although not completely new to the scene, the NoVa MC has dropped a few mixtapes and has worked with Matt Delvin’s BFF, Wale on a collab EP titled They Call Me Mr. Tibbs.
