" Two teenagers have been charged with breaking into the police chief’s home, according to Sugar Land police. Conner Hinton and Taylor Nuttal, both 17, are charged with burglary. Officers responded to the burglar alarm in the 2000 block of Holly Glade last Friday just before noon. The home belongs to Sugar Land Police Chief Doug Brinkley.
